About
Updated cozy cabin centrally located to midtown Ruidoso and all the shopping, activities and Grindstone lake. The wood burning fireplace is perfect for warming up after a long day snow skiing on the mountain. One great feature of this property is the level roads and parking in this midtown location. Wildlife viewing can be done right outside the window with many deer seen in the front yard. We are pet friendly with a fenced backyard.

Cleaning: Please wash any dishes used and remove trash to trash bin across the street. No further cleaning is expected.
Pets: 2 small dogs allowed with pre-approval and a 75.00 pet fee (per stay not per pet). We ask that guests are mindful of pet hair and do not leave their pets unattended without being crated. Guests are responsible for pet damage. Unannounced pets will incur a 150.00 pet fee.

My wife and I stayed here on the last leg of a weeklong road trip and it was perfect. The amenities were plentiful including full size laundry and a nice hot tub. It really felt just like home. Don’t think twice, just book it, you won’t be disappointed!!!

This house was absolutely perfect! The location was quiet and peaceful yet close to downtown for food and drinks! Katrina was such an incredible, responsive host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we needed it to be. I’ll definitely be staying again ❤️

Amazing host super responsive and friendly. I had an incredible stay at this cozy cabin! From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. Its in a great location close to everything. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a relaxing, mountain getaway in Ruidoso. I’d definitely come back!

What a quaint and lovely place! We had such a marvelous time during our stay here. Everything was great, and close to town. Ruidoso never disappoints, all the restaurants we visited were amazing 😋 we got to relax in the hot tub which was a nice little added bonus to staying here. Beds were also very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us 🫶🏽🙌🏽😊

We had a fun and relaxing stay at Katrina’s house. It is clean, cozy, and centrally located. Katrina was flexible and accommodating. The fenced in back yard was great for the dogs and the neighbors were very friendly. Many shops and restaurants are walkable from the house. All around a great experience!

What a great space to get away and relax. The weather is so much cooler than Texas. The shopping and dining around the area is fun and the people there are warm and welcoming. The stay was exactly as described with a very friendly neighbor who has a ton of hummingbirds in the afternoon. Deer and elk walk freely and we saw a group of wild turkeys. So, if peace and quiet, nature, and beauty is what you're looking for, this is it. And, the Host has a great info website and communicates clearly. An A+ for this place!!

Roads here are paved to the cabin and are flat and well maintained with dedicated parking right at the cabin. Cabin is approximately 1.15 hour drive from the Roswell Airport, 7 hour drive from DFW, 3:45 hour drive from Lubbock, 2:45 hour drive from Albuquerque,NM, and a 2:15 hour drive from El Paso.
