This home and the host were both absolutely wonderful. Very clean place. Very responsive host. I even left my phone there after checkout and katrina was so helpful by resetting the lock code so i could get back in to get it

The Hanky Panky cabin was the perfect get away for my husband and myself. We enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the backyard, the home was cozy, and looked just like the pictures. Katrina was super responsive, accommodating, and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect! Very near Ruidoso Down town main street. a Starbucks and some good restaruants at only 4 minutes. Winter park at 15 minutes! Perfect size for a small family with a dog. I just love that they have a fenced patio so my dog could come out side I love that the kitchen have coffee, cream, salt, oil.. and the shower had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (I was not expecting that!). Love the modern look! It is a little small, if you are looking a spacious cabin. A King size bed could not fit at the bedroom, and you have only the space to walk arround the queen size bed it is. Only one of the bedrooms had a big closet, the other one does not have closet. The restroom it is a little bit small. There was no space to put my personal thinks like, tooth paste and brush, comb, antiperspirant, etc. I could recommend to put a small car or cabinet underneath

Katrina's cabin was amazing! Exactly what we needed for a New Years getaway, my partner and I and our two dogs spent an amazing week there. The fireplace and yard with a hot tub were lovely. Its a corner lot so feels more private and we saw some wildlife during out stay! Definitely plan to stay again our next trip.

The location was perfect. I liked how close it was to downtown. Kat was really responsive when I needed assistance. The rooms were very clean. There was nothing that I didn't like.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and hot tub was an awesome perk for relaxation in the mountains on the chilly nights. This location is so peaceful and the high fenced in backyard made it perfect for our dog to be able to go outside and enjoy his playtime. Would highly recommend this place!!

This cabin was the perfect stay.I it was well stocked with all utensils, plates, bowls, cooking pans, Etc. The beds were comfy, towels were plenty, & very very clean. The location was centered around everything>. Loved seeing the Wild horses everyday & the Elk also. Katrina was the best host we've hever had.. She went above & beyond to keep us content. Bill was great as well. They are a very patient & helpful couplel The Mule deer were a delight to see in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the Barrel shaped hot tub every morning & evening. We had fores in the fireplace every night. It was very cozy & warm. What a great cabin & hosts.

Our second stay at Katrina’s place was just as comfortable as our first stay. We were easily able to settle in with all of the conveniences of the home and were nearby all the area has to offer.

I loved the location of the cabin very secluded but near by all the attractions we wanted to visit. The cabin was cute and cozy. Equipped with lots of amenities. Everything was perfect
