We loved this place, the location was perfect. The only problem we did find was the address listed on the booking page is not correct, also the picture listed shows the address numbers incorrect on the front porch, it is not the same as the address on the house now.

I loved the scenery around the cabin; absolutely breathtaking and amazing to wake up to those views. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood and very easy to find and get around. I absolutely loved everything; all the amenities were wonderful. We didn't expect to have so much things like kitchen supplies and basic kitchen things there at our disposal so that was nice. The place was very clean (maybe a couple of hairs on the bathtub but overall, very clean). It smelled good and the towels and bedsheets seemed washed. Everything was easy access and a very calm place to stay at. I loved that every room had its own TV and access to different apps giving us the choice to watch whatever we wanted and love that we get Wifi included. Absolutely wonderful experience and would stay at this cabin again! I will say I would have appreciated a heads up about the driveway incline to go up into the parking space. I was driving a sedan so my car hit the corner of the gravel hard and it got scraped because of it since I didnt know how steep it was. Also, the grill was a bit smaller than expected. I would have also liked some more wooden logs to use for the fireplace. When we went to go use them, there was only one log left. When using the hot tub, as much as we kept adjusting the temperature to go higher, for some reason it kept putting it lower so that was a bit annoying. I would have appreciated some extra instructions on using the hot tub (like mode and settings like temperature) especially for beginners. Another thing is I would have liked more lighting around the outside of the cabin. I know they were motion sensors but with no motion detected they would turn off automatically, leaving us awkwardly in the dark so that was really scary especially while we were inaide the hot tub. With more lights around the cabin, it would have been a bit brighter and gave us more peace of mind of our surroundings.

The location was perfect! Very near Ruidoso Down town main street. a Starbucks and some good restaruants at only 4 minutes. Winter park at 15 minutes! Perfect size for a small family with a dog. I just love that they have a fenced patio so my dog could come out side I love that the kitchen have coffee, cream, salt, oil.. and the shower had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (I was not expecting that!). Love the modern look! It is a little small, if you are looking a spacious cabin. A King size bed could not fit at the bedroom, and you have only the space to walk arround the queen size bed it is. Only one of the bedrooms had a big closet, the other one does not have closet. The restroom it is a little bit small. There was no space to put my personal thinks like, tooth paste and brush, comb, antiperspirant, etc. I could recommend to put a small car or cabinet underneath

The location was perfect. I liked how close it was to downtown. Kat was really responsive when I needed assistance. The rooms were very clean. There was nothing that I didn't like.

It was everything it said it was and more. We really enjoyed the covered deck and watching the wildlife-deer, elk, hummingbirds (my favorite) and many different types of birds. A great place for rest and relaxation! Climbing all the steps in the thin mountain air. We are from Texas where it’s flat, but we decided it was a good cardio workout.

I loved the location of the cabin very secluded but near by all the attractions we wanted to visit. The cabin was cute and cozy. Equipped with lots of amenities. Everything was perfect

Beautiful property in a great location! The only negative was the height of the beds for my elderly parents. They were able to get in and out but I feel that could be an issue for some.
