Updated cozy cabin centrally located to midtown Ruidoso and all the shopping, activities and Grindstone lake. The wood burning fireplace is perfect for warming up after a long day snow skiing on the mountain. One great feature of this property is the level roads and parking in this midtown location. Wildlife viewing can be done right outside the window with many deer seen in the front yard. We are pet friendly with a fenced backyard.

Cleaning: Please wash any dishes used and remove trash to trash bin across the street. No further cleaning is expected.
Pets: 2 small dogs allowed with pre-approval and a 75.00 pet fee (per stay not per pet). We ask that guests are mindful of pet hair and do not leave their pets unattended without being crated. Guests are responsible for pet damage. Unannounced pets will incur a 150.00 pet fee.

The location was perfect. I liked how close it was to downtown. Kat was really responsive when I needed assistance. The rooms were very clean. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Beautiful cabin. Felt like home! Very grateful that we were able to have a later check out time and being able to take our pups with us. The yard was big and fully fenced so there was no worry. The hot tub was amazing too.

We loved this cabin. It’s so cute and decorated with great taste. Easy to get in and out into town and other activities in the area. Katrina was super responsive. She checked in on us a couple of times which was a nice touch. It was clean and well stocked. I appreciated that the coffee maker options and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again.

Roads here are paved to the cabin and are flat and well maintained with dedicated parking right at the cabin. Cabin is approximately 1.15 hour drive from the Roswell Airport, 7 hour drive from DFW, 3:45 hour drive from Lubbock, 2:45 hour drive from Albuquerque,NM, and a 2:15 hour drive from El Paso.
